I applaud you Chris for all your post, CS sound like a good job to me but their are always things that could be better at any job and I think that is what you are trying to say. Why not try to make it better for you and your fellow co workers. Most people I have met that are anti union pro company are happy with their company and cant see that they are getting screwed by management, if that is how you want to be, thats fine but don't put people down for trying to get better work rules. I am not saying unions are all good just look at the airlines right know. Again Chris you sound like a satisfied employee who just wants to see a few things changed which is perfectly reasonable.
