That is close. Block time - 1 hour divided by 2 or 3 depending on crew the add the hour back. Everybody is in the cockpit for one hour per flight so all four members get credit. At least that’s what the FOM formula says.
Correct. Being conservative just use 2/3 or 1/2 for planning and then gain an extra bit per leg.
