This is premature. There is a well defined process for how this all works, and if the AIP is determined to not meet expectations then the NC will be sent back with updated parameters to negotiate to. Let’s not campaign to throw anyone under the bus with no information about what was on the table.
Agreed. The negotiation committee has boundaries set by the voting members of the MEC. They have zero authority to go lower on their own.
