IMHO these are a few things you should have...
- Passport
- Restricted Radio Operator Permit
- Log Book
- CURRENT FAA 1st class medical certificate
- FAA Pilot Licenses
- 5 yr driving record
- College Transcripts if applicable
- Flight Resume that includes work history
