Iran hacked an U.S. RQ-170 Sentinel in 2011, a state of the art stealth reconnaissance drone at the time. It was brought down with minimal damage to the drone. Iran subsequently reverse engineered and now builds two drones based on that. In Ukraine drones get electronically brought down all the time.
Hacking is a lot of work. There are several fielded counter-drone weapons out there, including relatively cheap directed energy weapons. Just zap it enough to fry its circuits, or confuse its navigation computer.
