Alot of airlines are fighting for economic survival. You can't fault them for trying to stay alive with the cost fuel surpassing labor as the number one operating costs. B-scale flying is nothing new. My opinnion is if you qualify for the minimums then go for it, for those who complain about it Suck It Up, Drive On and keep Moving Up. But one thing hasn't changed in all the reasearch I have done on this industry, and thats the allegiance that pilots have to one another. If you're labeled as a scab, you're a scab (Sorry GoJets).
Regional flying is all "B-Scale". Period. Please dont fool yourself or others into thinking that one regional is that much better than any other. It maybe be B+, or B-, but its still B-Scale.
