It’s valuable to be able to observe the ways in which union busting tactics are being applied in 2022 in the specific context of the SWA pilot group’s attempt to obtain an industry-leading contract.
It’s also valuable in a way sort of similar to how SBF continued to give wide-ranging media interviews in the last few weeks before his indictment yesterday. He revealed a lot of information that will make the DOJ’s and CFTC’s job easier as they prosecute their cases going forward.
