I’m not blown away, but I think this TA does what it’s supposed to do
now. I think it’s fair… it’s a 20%+ raise for my next couple pay bands. It has a snap up, which be honest you guys didn’t even think was gonna be included. It’s within a percent or 2 of what I thought we could reasonably expect. Vote your concience and we’ll see next month.
