A little more per diem, I think $2.65 domestic $3.20 international. (Going by memory) and some incremental increases.

A little more monthly parking reimbursement, a little more uniform allowance, a little more medical certificate reimbursement.

Some other small changes to training, etc...

I don't know how to paste all the pay tables.

I guess bottom line is we are about 18 mos from near parity with the big 4 and All, on pat rates anyway.

Not good enough for me, but it's something.
