I agree they are all important. It's a fact that we don't know what we don't know. Things could be on the table and worth the ask that we haven't even considered. Like the FDX/UPS min day guarantee (flying or not) of 6 hrs. Those 30-74 hr layovers would go pretty senior.
I'm just saying that there is way more to the pie than we realize. Delta +1 is easy street and almost a given at this point. It's time for some real change to blow this new TA to new heights.
Here at FedEx we don't get 6hr min day guarantee. We have an insane amount of 2 days that pay 6 hours.
If you string two 2-day trips together to make a 3-day trip, you only get 12 hours of pay, three 2-day trips put together to make a 4-day would only pay 18. Something we definitely do need to work on.
