Well, I'd certainly like to know the trick to flat out dropping an entire month when I can't swap or drop with most days in the black. APD and IVD are limited use so I know that's not the answer. Combine these facts with a blocked schedule and color me suspicious.
And let's be honest about all these ACE reports she "got others paid." It's because she's watching out to see if she can get the pay, and it worked out otherwise. I know it because I've done it!
All that being said, the I agree the harassment piece is unacceptable, but the solution wasn't properly applied in my opinion.
Look at her schedule as awarded by PBS. Make note of every trip awarded to her. Go into rotation history under the open time menu, input every rotation, and see how she got rid of it. You might have to do this multiple times throughout the month. My guess is she bids short trips on weekdays that either have high credit or desirable layovers and posts them to the swap board.
