This is true and a big issue for a lot of fence sitters that are waiting for him to come out with a more blunt message while at the same time are buying into the company hopium videos. When the company passes are concessionary to our current CBA, that's an obvious tell they are betting on the recession. If anyone reading this doesn't believe anything I'm saying try asking a steward or negotiator off the record if they think this will drag out for years and years under NMB.
The company is smart AND they need everyone here for the busy spring and summer, there is no way they let it go to the NMB soon. They will move the needle just enough to keep you thinking there is a chance.
If you watched Andrew's last video he was pretty clear, I'm paraphrasing but basically he said that if you're on the fence about leaving or staying then the next couple months will tell the tale; if we don't have a T/A in that timeframe....... well, pretty obvious what he was getting at.
