Asking if he’s leaving is a straw man argument. I think he’s around 300 ish on the list and maybe has somewhere around 10 years left (just guessing). That’s not even close to the same type of decision most have to make.

I’m having discussions with the wife about leaving myself and I’m also around the top 25%, mostly about moving to a legacy base with the kids in college.
