DAY is very senior. You will flow before you hold a line at DAY - right now it takes just under 5 years to hold a round 1 line at PSA for captains at any base. So you will be on reserve your whole career at PSA. PBS will change all of this but not sure the new length of time it will take to hold a line with PBS, roughly the same I would assume
Republic is giving $60K bonus with just a 1 year commitment. $30K after IOE and then $30K after year 1 and you can leave, no strings attached and then if you stay there is another $40K after year 2. Better bonus structure than the AA Regionals since they do not give retention bonuses anymore for new hires.
