Usually you’ll start in the first available class. This had been the month following the job offer, but in 2023 they’ll have two classes a month, so maybe sooner. Of course, if you need more time you can bypass, but if you ask to bypass too many times they’ll probably consider you as “less than motivated to fly for NJ”, so don’t apply or interview too early. Maybe 3 months before you’re eligible for employment.
