He can absolutely say that, and he should. At Republic, which was also Teamsters, the Union was actively helping people leave. They had resume workshops and interview preparation seminars hosted by Cage Marshall and Emerald Coast Consulting. All of that while negotiations were taking place.
Staffing is the best leverage we have and opportunities and time have been wasted.
