Interview and Indoc are done in CMH. Most aircraft initials are in CMH, but some fleets are doing simulators in MCO, DAL, or other locales.
New-hires have been assigned to all fleets except for Large Cabin (Global and CL-650).
New-hire class sizes over the last year and a half have ranged from teens to more than 80, but will probably be more like 25’ish per class with two classes a month in 2023…if they can find enough pilots to fill their slots. Compensation and QOL issues are quickly dropping behind many alternative career choices.
How is the training like at Netjets? I think I saw somewhere that it's AQP?
Is it like airline training: Indoc, Systems, SIMs then IOE? Any delay for IOE?
How about the benefits?
Do they really hire with just an ATP?
Sorry for all these questions. I had a short stay at an infamous regional back in 2015 and considering options for a come back This might be a good one to get back in. Just ATP/CL65 and less than 100 hours on the RJ. Not sure if they will even consider me.
