That's fair. What about those retiring in the next 2-5 years (not me, I have a lot longer)? Do they get retro pay and retirement for the time we spend opening up other sections?

It’s normal to fly <300 hours a year here. I do mostly domestic flying and am home a lot more than I am away. Very high QOL, other than living in Memphis, with wide body pay.
So, what changed making you willing to extend negotiations out to re-open currently TA'd sections as well as new sections?
