The term is nit picking...
The problem is that Andrew and his capos comments on Facebook are more about boosting his image and self viewed credibility, political posturing, and shouting down "enemies" (anyone who questions him). It's part of the political machine. Less about actually conveying information. Anyone who challenges him gets whacked. Which is probably why you see so many pot shots here. Less ability for them to retaliate in real life for questioning the Boss.
Yes, their communications strategy is amateur hour and making that more professional like the other unions would be a welcome change.

This is the correct answer. The sycophantic cheering for Andrew needs to stop. He is not a king, he is not actually a mafia boss (though he acts like it), he is a representative. He should accept and consider criticism, regardless of the source, not deny, deflect, and retaliate like he does. It's pretty much known on that site that criticizing the EXCO is non grata and that's wrong if they truly desire a two way forum, not a propaganda dissemination device. It shows his inexperience, narcissism, and internal lack of confidence in his own abilities and thats not a good look.
