Default Crooks

I agree the term crooks is appropriate when referring to the CEO and COO of SX if they take a single dime in severance. They may be bad businessmen and proven so IF SX fails. Point is the employees are all out on their own if SX goes TU, but as the case is with so many corporations today, the senior management will back up the semis to the back door to load up all the cash and bonuses on their way out. Bad businessmen should suffer the same fate as their businesses. In today's environment it seems all too often it is only the employees getting hurt.

So yes, crooks is an appropriate term.
