This is really all we can do for now. I really do believe that our NC/MEC will not send us an unacceptable contract, but I’m unsure how far down the RLA process we will have to go to get what we want and deserve. At this point management are just digging themselves a deeper hole that’s going to be more expensive to dig themselves out of.

Furthermore, every month there are more and more new pilots coming off probation seeing their friends at other carriers getting better contracts that are going to have a voice when it comes time for a vote and they’re not going to settle for peanuts.

Just want to throw this out there one more time. JetBlue 12-year A320 Captains are about to be paid more than FedEx 12-year International B777 Captains, and that doesn’t even take into account their night override. Also, their contract was up in August of this year and they already have a TA. Think about that and what it says about how this management group values what we do.
