It's not a guess that their 900s will NOT be flying for United Express. Our scope has been explained and I can assure everyone that we will not be loosening it for even 1 second. The pilots may end up flying 170/175s that are already under the cap? UA owns some of the planes so maybe they could move some into Mesa?
