Quite literally my point. Furloughs are done via seniority so we would have US permanent residents and citizens on the street while we have (legally) temporary workers on the payroll.
On your other statements, I’m guessing the Teamsters National don’t care who pays the dues.
I think if you read the union update from a week or so ago you'll find that its just our local who doesn't seem to care about labor outsourcing (as long as its "specialty worker")
