I was hesitant to post this before since several airlines in the group don't have TAs and I didn't want to muddy the waters. However, this graph clearly illustrates exactly what you're saying. Based on the *current* available data, you can see there's no snapping to be had because the existing scales weigh it down considerably -- this does include the new AS and DL numbers and assumes a DL DOS of 1 Jan 23 for simplicity. Of course it can it change if all these other airlines get new pay scales, but everyone should consider what their negotiation timelines look like.
