He is still a rep, as you are still a Spirit pilot, he has the ability to vote. If he has abstained, it still passes the MEC and heads to a TA vote.

You’re acting like a clown. Be happy you’re taking your behind to Delta and starting a new chapter that you feel will be better. Screaming on a Spirit forum on why pilots need to do something, while you wonder if you’ll be on the 320 or 220 in ATL, is highly hypocritical and laughable.
Again, NK pilots will vote how we feel to take the process going forward and that’s how it will be, Yes or No, the majority will decide.
You will get your chance to cast a No vote for a TA you’ll never see, so you should feel proud for that.
