All about themselves attitude by most in our pilot group. Most make decisions only for self enrichment. Look at the last 18 months for that example.

Why would I not be in support of the union? Aren't we all the union? Are we not counting on the Negotiation Committee to bring us a great contract? Are we not counting on the elected reps and officers to push for that great contract? Aren't we suppose to support that effort?

I never said our contract was the best thing ever. I just pointed out the areas we are better. Are we suppose to not look at those things? Are we suppose to act like they don't exist? Are we suppose to only look at the areas we want to make improvements?

It is becoming very apparent who is the management plants. Those usernames who are constantly working against those goals.
You've been on my ignore list for quite some time, but the quote function makes it impossible to avoid your thoughts in their entirety.

I think I know why your position so frequently seems at odds with most here. Do not mistake your unprecedented rapid career progression for a good contract. You have moved up in terms seats at an unprecedented clip and receive a longevity raise every year. That is not indicative of a good contract, but of good fortune. Many of us who are now stagnated longevity-wise spent many years stagnated in terms of seat progression. Some of us even went backwards.

Your thoughts on status quo belie the fact that you've not yet experienced life under any type of a status quo.

No need to respond, you're still on the ignore list.
