I'm sure Frontier has been waiting for this gem to become available.
If I were Indigo, now that Spirit is being absorbed into JetBlue, I'd just run G4 out of business and become the tallest midget in the ULCC dive bar.
People need to start realizing the seriousness of this. This is a lot more than Allegiant not offering a contract, this company is headed into an absolute spiral that will be difficult to recover from. As it stands today, what does G4 offer that will benefit a merging/acquiring partner?? Some pilots? I guess, but it’s not like we have thousands to give. Our airplanes are beat to hell. Our management team is a disaster. Our culture makes your worst place of employment seem like it was fantastic. I’m not just thinking about leaving Allegiant after a decade of being here because we can’t get a contract, I’m considering leaving because I’m no longer sure it is viable long term. I used to despise the idea of a merger, now I feel like it would be our lucky day if someone bailed us out.
