The big question is will the company pay the pilots with the rules they want with an industry standard/ leading contract or be regressive like the last update.
I Unusually agree with what you say because your direct(which hurts feelings so folks don’t like it) but this high school teen drama with AR is off topic.
We're allegiant, can we quit with this whole "industry leading" garbage? Don't get me wrong, I want all the money they'll throw our way, the work rule improvements we need and the ancillary benefits (disability, 401k, etc.) but if you want industry leading compared to Delta? Go to Delta. It isn't going to happen here and spreading this misnomer that it will is only going to lead to hurt feelings and a baseless "no" vote on any AIP shown to us.

This high school teen drama is totally warranted, I even asked my high school teen what they would say in this situation. We are PAYING AR to do a job and he's surrounding himself at the table with scarily under-qualified people. It's all good though, I'm sure our team of trail lawyers and culinary union negotiators do an excellent job when they aren't drinking with AR.
