Took full advantage of my vacation weeks to either fly or travel. Spent 6 weeks vacationing in California making memories with my family, mainly by working my butt off and then blowing holes in my schedule.

As was mentioned above, this year was an outlier. We had a double time MOU that I took full advantage of plus I was able to clear a lot of my straight time flying and replace it with premium flying. This was an exceptional year for that and I don't expect next year will be the same. I was also blessed with good health and an understanding spouse. I do work the system to my advantage, but I also maintain a very healthy work/life balance. My goal is to maximize my pay per day at work and I don't stress block hours or anything like that.
