I kind of agree with you. Not because "hey, its allegiant". But more that I'm willing to leave some money on the table in favor of the quality of life that comes with being home at night. That's something you won't get at delta. And allegiant has better basing for me, but that's subjective. But the pay needs to be much closer for sure.
And that QOL you traded $$$ for could be gone in a heartbeat; it’s an aircraft routing strategy the co. can chuck at any time, not a negotiated benefit.
