Fair is a relative term, but if your own ALPA’s EFA team says this is a good deal and about what can be expected right now, then you take it. Remember that saying, “my union speaks for me.” Was that legit or just lip service for the 18%? Your EFA team aside, even the union put this out unanimously for a vote.
So they have no accountability then? Has the thought crossed your mind that maybe, just maybe, they may have gotten this one wrong? But daddy EFA says we couldn’t do better, so we absolutely just have to believe it. You are such a painfully simple mind…no wonder you’re so easily mollified.
