The only reason to vote yes is fear. Fear is a very powerful motivator. The NC is going hard at that angle. In a way I get it. Vote yes and take the sure thing. Yes voters are simply concerned that management will just dig their heels in. It’s a valid concern but is completely conflicting to how they’ve dealt with the negotiations so far. I went to the roadshow and I was a super hard no… but I started questioning myself during their presentation. It’s 100 percent fear porn.
