I’m not sure the company thinks this way. They’ve probably concluded that a yes vote does just enough to Bandaid the attrition/retention until it’s JB’s mess.
They came to the table because they “obviously“ are concerned. Why come at all if they didn’t care. Early openers does not require early results. If they didn’t care they would have dragged negotiations out indefinitely. You’ve been here long enough to know they wouldn’t spend a dime extra on labor groups unless they had to. Why now?
