I'm a yes voter and might try to add some color. I have talked to about 20 pilots in the last week and only one is a no. Problem- the one vote who is a no gets very emotional about his stance and why I should be a no too. The other 19 are somewhere between unsure and a yes. Everyone is just trying to injest some information and make an informed decision.
Add a value to your healthcare (low) costs, to the red/green, drop to zero, seniority list training pilots, LTD plan, etc and how far off are you? Vote yes, take a pay bump, and get ready to negotiate again regardless of the color of your shirt or vote no. I don't care.
