Add a value to your healthcare (low) costs, to the red/green, drop to zero, seniority list training pilots, LTD plan, etc and how far off are you? Vote yes, take a pay bump, and get ready to negotiate again regardless of the color of your shirt or vote no. I don't care.
Gotta remember that many people are by nature non-confrontational. There are good and bad things about this TA. If the person you’re flying with detects that you dislike the TA, many will focus on the bad parts, and Vice versa. It’s very hard to get an unbiased poll on this, other than the vote itself.
