D) My second year hourly is $140 but it was $280 per hour for “76” of the 116 hours I flew last month plus DH pay. Before taxes, it was $32,812 for the month of November. This is because the company pays 200% of hourly & (200% of deadheads, normally paid at 50%, so 100% of hourly for DH on GDO/days off worked. Not everyone does it, of course, but for those who do, it has been wonderful. The 200% GDO pay structure has been in effect for about a year. With the addition of two additional 400F’s, I don’t see it being discontinued anytime soon. I am delighted to know that Atlas pilots are making so much more than National pilots.😀

Mate, look mate, I can unequivocally state that dera has and continues to earn more than your last 32k paycheck.
Glad you enjoy it over at Natty - glad things have improved.
