I don't think we have the will. Step back and look at this pilot group... We have no idea what we want but bleat loudly when something happens that we don't like - all the while having no idea why we keep coming up short.
We all heard the uproar and saw the fainting when Swindells became MC. Petitions, letters, countless social media posts, emails, calls, etc... Meanwhile EWR barely broke 50% participation in their LEC officer elections!! Seriously?! If that's not bad enough, we actually had 6% vote YES on a TA the even management said wasn't good enough.
Sorry, but this pilot group doesn't have the will.
