Can someone explain what exactly they are looking for in the Sim Eval? Clearly you will be flying a plane that you have never flown before (in most cases), call-outs, flows and emergency procedures are pretty airplane specific. What are they actually having you do?
In a nut shell they are looking for basic airman ship skills, working as a crew, and can you learn a few basic profiles and callouts. They'll give you a couple pages to study the night before, not looking for perfection just the basics initially to watch you fly and work together.
