Has the Union passed a scheduling section to management? I'm having a sinking feeling that we haven't actually written it, you can only blame MG so much if you can't put in legal language what your asking for.
I believe the Union has passed drafts of all sections to the company. The company has so far responded with “comprehensive packages” that are in most instances regressive.
