Have you tried just raising the seatback up using the adjustment knob? I find that by doing so, it fits my lumbar much better.
I do this as well, but what has been most effective for me on the 737 is raising the thigh supports to their max height. I used to think that people who did that were masochists but I’ve now learned that my lower back was compensating for strain on my legs. Raising up the thigh supports has helped me tremendously.
