However, if you don’t have kids and don’t care when you work (weekends, etc) then it’s pretty good. In the fall, winter, and spring I hardly get used on trips… maybe 6 days of actual work a month. Rest of the month I’ll probably get 5-6 SCs. In the summer you will get used for 15 days of reserve on trips. I’ve been doing it for years and rather do this than sit NB Captain with a line. my golf game is pretty good when temp is above 50.
