That’s what our Union leadership assured us back in 2007, when many questioned the lack of scope protection in the original FDA LOAs.

2023 will be an interesting & informative year.

Does scope not reference flying governed under the RLA? I am fairly positive you cant scope EUR flying since the RLA has no jurisdiction on that flying.

The FDA language states the PILOTS will be governed by the CBA and not local or national law in that country. The flying itself is another story. From m
