Inevitable, not much of a crystal ball moment or shocker by any means - just maintain the chairs at the table no matter what outfit you’re at. Despite being on property, losing chairs is the true punch in the gut and reality check. Not really an issue at FedEx except the upward stagnation “brakes set” begins, but the others have accelerated massive hiring numbers and hopefully are fulfilling true needs and not too much future/dreamworld forecasting requirements. Everyone hires til they don’t and some just fill the pool regardless of the climate and drain it accordingly as nothing is lost on their end. Seniority # is key, swimming is indefinite.
