They are using green screens so to speak and not able to bring up an image of your face.
They could not be put into the front anyway. They aren't employed. This courtesy is for the back only. CASS would not approve them for the actual cockpit jumpseat. But at least CAL is offering them free seats in the back space avilable for 30 days nd pref hiring once it commences again.
