Only 20-25% of pilots are in reserve at any time… most of the focus should be on LH improvements IMO… but definitely some RSV rules that need drastic improvement.
with that same logic we should really only worry about NB lineholders. After all there are far fewer WB pilots. Why waste negotiation capital in them?
