Don’t worry, middle “leadership” will play the internal blame game. Upper management will blame the weather and how the other airlines had the same issues. Oh and during the town hall VP level will tell front line employees “it’s time to move on” from the Warn notices given.

Ultimately there is no accountability for these meltdowns, or any issues for that matter (coming from a non pilot NOC guy who doesn’t drink the kool aid).
