Atlas skipper 8yr banking $450K with 15 days off each month…? @ $276/hr, that’s 1650 credit hours for the year, 135/month. Takes a bit more than selling back vacay and picking up a trip here and there. As my Atlas buddy texted me in response: 15 days off a month doesn’t mean 15 days at home per month. Atlas still pays premium for all flying touching China. For alot of guys, that can be a majority of their flying. I don’t know if that’s the case for this guy….But I made about $360K as a jr CA at K4 with a few days of OT and hardly any respectable work rules. The money is there, but you earn every penny of it. I bounced to start over at a legacy.
