Takes a bit more than selling back vacay and picking up a trip here and there. As my Atlas buddy texted me in response: 15 days off a month doesn’t mean 15 days at home per month. Merry Xmas / Happy Holidays however y’all do it!
My number was days at home.

When most trips you fly pay 175% it adds up. My best month was 176 hours without working a single extra day, and that was year 1 junior FO flying.
135 a month wasn't even hard this year. In fact, I'd say in ANC it was below average.
My best month was 38k, as a year 2 FO.

The highest guarantee I saw this year was 209 hours. Fly a bit OT and you could credit 300hrs in a month.
We had at least one senior CA who broke 7 figures.
