We do annual bids, so it varies depending on when you're hired. I don't think (I could be wrong) that there are any new hires going to EWR. If you get the E190, you'll be seat locked for a year, and you'll be able to bid to EWR once your seat lock is over.

If you get the A320 you could swap bases through the base swap system possibly. But most likely just bid in the August bid.
