Coming from a DAL guy, folks need to seriously relax. Every airline has its turn in the barrel. Heck, a meltdown by NWA back in the day was big news back in the day. I think it was Comair that had their scheduling system glitch out right before the end of the year and no one knew were anyone was...or the airplanes. I think JB had the same thing.
Now if you're upset that "well, this is SWA, and we're supposed to be different!", that I can't help with, other than to say pride goeth before the fall.
In a year no one will remember, or care.
